Come and explore the many artistic paths I have taken over the years. In general, one medium or means of expression has never been adequate to fully express myself. As I have journeyed through life, I’ve always found the alleys and side streets more interesting than the manicure main road. Diving into a dumpster or going to a flea market has been more exciting than going to an art store.
My works range from long standing traditional mediums (painting and sculpture) to fleeting alternative expressions (confectionery and improv theater). The gold and gems have been found during long contemplative dives into skilled practices and have also been snatched up through unpredicted happenstance moments. Be they serendipitous or disciplined discoveries, they all feed upon each other in building an ever-expanding over-story I am proud to place my signature.
Enjoy your own unique journey through these images and see what gems you may find for yourself. Feel free to share your thoughts with me if you wish.
